Dynamic and progressive Technology software company based in Hitchin are looking for personable Business Development Executive to provide account management and new business development for their leading enterprise software. This office based role is tobe based in Hitchin and will be mentored by an experienced sales management team.

The senior sales leadership team are keen to mentor a mouldable individualkeen to enter the fast paced technology and software sales industry.

**Description**

Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities;
- Provide a Consultative approach to sell the companies SAAS software solutions
- Convert hot leads and appointment to sales
- Introduce products to new and existing clientele
- Upsell on current packages
- Account Manage key client relationships
- Work with senior management to introduce new ideas and initiatives
- Assist on projects across the company

**Profile**

Business Development Executive desired experience and characteristics
- Eager to learn and develop your career
- Provide a consultative sell to B2B/business/company clientele
- Strong track record of achieving success in either academic, sporting or career to date
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Motivated individual keen to working in the IT Sales industry
