**The Role**

Here at Hendra Holiday Park we have Playloft designed for children under the age of 10 to play in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment with the addition of a café for their guardians to enjoy refreshments whilst children play. Being a valued member of the team, you will be providing a safe environment to all our guests who visit our Playloft.

Within the Oasis Pool you will be working on reception, welcoming guests, answers any questions they may have, taking bookings and ensuring all information is provided.

When working in the Oasis Pool Reception and the Playloft. The role itself will require you to be focused on the safety of all our guests and provide a 5* service at all times. Ensuring health & safety guidelines are continuously adhered to you will ensure all areas are kept to a high standard.

**Who we are looking for**:
Being a customer facing role, we are looking for individuals who have a friendly personality, can work as an integral part of a big team, is passionate about delivering a fun, memorable and safe experience to our guests. Full training will be provided for this role.
