**Description**:
Hendra Holiday Park are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join as part of an expanding finance team who together to look after the finances for the Hendra Group, incorporating the award-winning holiday resort, Oasis fun pools, two renewable energy companies and various property interests.

This role would suit someone qualified to AAT level 4 and has solid experience in accounts production, VAT returns, ad hoc reporting and also property management issues. Day to day the role will involve managing a finance team but also liaising with external accountants, auditors and insurers and various tenants (both residential and commercial). It will also involve communicating with power companies (in respect of renewables).

There will be a strong emphasis on supporting and working with heads of department from across the group internal with cost control, budgets and revenue management.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A solid background of accounting, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT level 4 Qualified
- Strong IT skills especially with Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player capable of delivering objectives within high-profile projects
- A desire for a broader role, to contribute to a business with more than finance aspects alone
