Trevornick Holiday Park are looking to recruit a Maintenance Team Member to assist with the efficient operating of our 5* Holiday Park in Holywell Bay, Newquay.

Trevornick is family-run site situated on the coast of the stunning Holywell Bay offering a variety of accommodation including: Touring and Camping, Ready Tents, Statics, Luxury Lodges and Cottages and a number of onsite amenities such as: swimming pool, bars and restaurants, fishing ponds, golf courses and much more.

**About the Position**

Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Checking and responding to issues as required with flexibility.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure all tasks have been completed efficiently and to comply with company standards.
- Ensuring the site is well maintained and kept in a presentable and safe condition at all times.
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance routines across the site.
- To communicate with others members of the Trevornick team, external suppliers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collection of rubbish and litter picking.
- Use of tools and power tools in accordance with training and company policies.
- Carrying out various repairs across the site.
- Distributing deliveries from a central point to the relevant departments.
- Repairs to paths, roadways, and walls.

You may at times be required to assist with duties not directly linked to your job description.

**About You**

We are looking for team members who are friendly and have a can do attitude. You will be hard working, enthusiastic and punctual and have a passion for delivering 5* customer service.

This role is a full time permanent position but part time will also be considered.

You will need to be flexible as shifts vary and for the full time position you will be expected to work 5 days a week including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
