We are looking for Night Support Workers to work in a Recovery unit based in Oxford, the salary is £23350 with many benefits as well as it being a rewarding role. Call Completely Care to apply. The role is based on a 37 hour week on a 4 week rolling rota.

Working alongside an additional Night Support Worker to support and maintain the safety of the residents and the building. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the site, dealing with emergencies, and communicating any concerns or events to the manager on call and the rest of the team. You will have good communication skills with the ability to respond and interact with residents and colleagues. You will also have experience in administrative procedures and maintain clear, accurate records. You will organise and facilitate the residents in preparing for the daily programme and activities and monitor and administer medication to service users.

It is a specialist female residential service, providing drug and alcohol recovery support for women. You will be reliable with the ability to always stay alert during your shift, and you will be required to act with integrity and use your initiative, staying calm in the event of an emergency. You will have an understanding of the complex issues presented by individuals within drug and alcohol recovery.
