**Job Title: Support Worker**

**Job Location: North London Barnet Enfield & Haringey**

**Type of job**: Day & Nights Shifts **with minimum of x2 shifts** **p/w commitment**

**Salary (PAYE)**:£14.00- £17.00 p/h

First Option Healthcare PALMS services are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Talent pool, who have experience in working with **complex and challenging behaviour children, adult and older adult with mild, moderate and severe learning disability**

**Overview of Key skills and requirements for this Support Worker role**:

- **Working Age Adult 18 - 70 years old (Adult and Older Adult category)**:

- Experience in working with adult with complex LDA with multiple comorbidities i.e. LD and MH, LDA and MH, LDA and substance misuse
- Medication management, supervision and monitoring
- Care planning, setting goals, aims and objectives
- Attend MDT meetings able to write high level care reports
- Risk assessment, risk management and supporting individuals with high LDA needs
- Comply with FOHC policies, procedures, adhere to CQC regulations
- NMC registered with clean driving licence
- Experience in supervision junior staff and provide mentorship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 60 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Mental Health: 1 year (required)

- PMVA: 1 year (required)
- Support worker: 1 year (required)
