Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory in Prime Central London and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands.

**Role**:Guest Services Supervisor (Nights)

**Working Hours: average of 42 per week based on a 4 day on 4 day off schedule.**

The Other House are looking for a dynamic and energetic Guest Services Supervisor (we call this role a Senior House Jack), a jack of all hospitality trades, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the House, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a creative mindset, great guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to details and personalised resident/member service. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial Front of House operations with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is ‘inside the box’, there is ‘outside the box’ and then there are our OtherHouseMates - passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.

**About you** - We are looking for someone who has:

- strong customer service and organisational skills
- experience in supervising members of a team
- administrative skills
- experience managing and resolving customer queries and complaints
- an entrepreneurial personality, thinking outside of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the House
- ideally previous experience in a Front of House role hospitality role
- a creative spark that will leave a lasting impression
- the flair for intuitive service
- excellent command of English - both verbal and written
- a second language (preferred but not essential)
- a positive, engaging and dynamic personality
- good interpersonal skills
- strong task and time management abilities
- the right to work in UK
