In this job you'll support our Audience Selection Users and wider CRM Chapter to keep our decisioning services and tools operationally running smoothly. You'll ensure that any resilience or performance issues are tracked to root cause and corrective actions agreed with the right teams and that we're running our activities in the most effective and efficient way.
- The CRM Technical Operations Specialist works closely on the use cases/journeys that are going to be setup, help identify the data requirements and include on GCP. You'll be key in the e2e process around developing and adopting data models/products needed to execute some of the key upcoming outbound campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Able to analyse GCP CCN and build data products on Big Query and Cloud SQL on GCP
- Build features on Anaml platform in Spark SQL.
- Build PLSWL/Linux scripts to build ETL capabilities
- Build Strategic Base Segments, Custom Macros in Unica Campaign Tool / (or any future tech)
- Provide education and guidance to managers in database capabilities, and system opportunities
- Make improvements to the decisioning business process, agreeing new policies or driving change to increase performance, operational efficiency and resilience
- Proactively monitor systems for issues, agreeing SLA's and working to resolve these issues with experts as needed
- Drive automation where possible
- Leverage knowledge to develop best practice within the team, ensuring that any new developments are trained out in a structured way.
- The skills and experience you'll need
- Good technical knowledge with a good understanding of data and data architecture
- Ability to identify and recognise technical dependencies
- Knowledge of GCP Data Engineering (Preferably Google Certified) is a must
- Knowledge of Unica Campaign Tool is a must
- Understanding of consumer marketing data model
- Knowledge of Data Engineering on AWS Platform
- Demonstrated capability of building and implementing APIs
- Ability to make the difficult simple to interpret business need and provide clear recommendations and opportunities to improve operational processes
- Expertise in decisioning technologies and ways of working
- Understanding of Agile methodologies ideal
- Knowledge of Kotlin and Flutter App development is a bonus
