**Job Description**:
Our client in the Healthcare sector is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their busy HR team, providing support and guidance to the onsite Senior Management Team on policies and procedures, ensuring consistent employment practice at site.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, some flexibility on hours such as 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
North Bristol Location - predominantly office-based role
Salary on offer of £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**The HR Coordinator role**:

- Act as first point of contact for employee queries at site. Supporting a team of 3, managing workflow to ensure all HR administration processes are delivered accurately and on time.- Ensure that the correct recruitment process is adhered to as well as supporting with the onboarding process, obtaining all relevant documentation, and arranging mandatory training.- Support and drive employee engagement and retention working closely with Senior Managers.- Employee Relations and Absence Management, providing low-level advice on HR policy, ensuring absence policy and procedures are being adhered to.- Support with the administration and coordination of investigations, grievances and other HR processes under the advice of Regional HR.- Ensure that all relevant documentation related to employees is recorded, maintained and stored**The ideal person for the HR Coordinator role**:

- The post-holder will have strong communication skills, relationship building skills and excellent attention to detail.- Previous experience in a HR Administrator/Assistant role is essential.
