As HR Coordinator with AMI, you will be part of a friendly HR team in avaried, hands-on role, giving you the chance to get involved in the full employee lifecycle across a range of people practices as well as supporting new people related project initiatives.

The role:
You will have a pivotal role in helping promote wellbeing and inclusion within AMI, working closely with our internal wellbeing and diversity internal committees. The role also includes assisting the Head of HR in the development of new projects to improvethe employee experience.

About you:
You will have previous experience within a HR department with some knowledge of employment legislation and either CIPD qualified to level 3 or working towards this.

You will be highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work in order to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive data, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times is essential, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal tactfully and professionally with colleagues of all levels. You willbe able to stay calm under pressure and remain focused in a fast-moving environment
