**Who are we looking for?**

Our Admission Associate will be the face (and voice) of the brand for prospective members; promoting N’s unique model and USPs, answering all queries in a timely and friendly manner, and ultimately playing a crucial role in our front-line customer sales and onboarding experience. To succeed you’ll naturally enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be solutions-focused and above all, have impeccable people skills - always going the extra mile to delight our customers.

Alongside this, you’ll balance organisational ability & a target-driven attitude with a variety of wider skills, such as having a keen eye for detail when it comes to managing data and excellent written communication.

As a scale-up business with ambitious growth targets, the revenue you deliver will be essential in ensuring that we have the financial resources we need to continue to deliver against our strategic plan and aspirational journey - to make N Family Club ‘the highest quality and most loved early years education group in the UK’.

You’ll be joining the team at an exciting stage of growth and in this strategic and hands-on role you’ll help us become market leaders in our industry as we grow from 30 locations to 100+.

You will have the flexibility to work from home and a minimum of 2 days in our Shoreditch office to enjoy our treats, amazing spaces and regular get togethers

**What will you do day to day?**
- Manage a pipeline of new customers end to end, processing enquiries and turning them into N Family Club members
- Conduct telephone appointments with prospective customers - answering their questions about our nurseries, our educational programme and how we operate: fees, curriculum, policies, registration and onboarding
- Liaise with support team and FOH / site management to ensure smooth hand offs to tour, and in parent transitions into the onboarding process
- Using company's data to make decisions/ strategize and problem solve proactively
- Log all activity in the relevant tools and systems - especially Pipedrive
- Work independently to deliver against individual and team targets, but flag issues and risks to managers when / as appropriate (ideally come with a solution, not just a problem)
- Ensure that product and business knowledge is always up to date, and that you can articulate key points in a clear and concise way to parents
- Participate in team strategy and planning discussions

**What will you need to bring with you?**
- A degree or relevant experience in a ‘soft sell’ customer service or sales role
- Ability to work to targets and KPIs
- Ability to exercise sound judgement based on business and customer understanding to achieve optimal outcomes
- Ability to manage data strategically, and using those in making decisions/problem solving.
- Ability to influence others
- Proven ability to deliver key tasks accurately and on-time
- Experience in working in a collaborative / team-based environment
- Proven experience in self-learning and honing own skills and knowledge
- Proactive approach to your work and finding solutions to challenges independently
