HealthNet Homecare are looking for two Regional Clinical Educator's to join our busy and growing Clinical team in providing professional services to our clients, patients and healthcare providers

We are looking for two individuals to provide a first class, robust Clinical programmes to support the business objectives and improve people performance. As a Clinical Educator you will develop, train and coach our excellent team of nurses to support in their delivery of a high quality patient experience
**Main** **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver a clinical induction programme aligned to the company induction and onboarding programme.
- Partner with key functional leads in the development of training materials and competencies against SOP's, policies and process.
- Work closely with the L&D Lead to develop the Learning Management System to deliver training pathways, knowledge based resources and accurate training records.
- Support the implementation of a robust system for scheduling induction and refresher training to meet service needs.
- Deliver interval and client training programmes in the field.
- Provide support and guidance for nurse revalidation.
- Support and assist on training and nurse competency matter's within service improvement projects.
**What skills do you need?**
- Experience in an acute care setting / relevant ENB post registration
- Experience in administration of sub-cut therapies, cannulation and phlebotomy skills.
- Recent experience within a similar role.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- RGN Part 1 of the NMC register
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
