An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, friendly, reliable Office Administrator. This role is to support the smooth running of our company so is pivotal to contributing to driving sustainable growth of the business.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Checking and inputting of supplier invoices
- Obtaining customer documentation and log information
- To maintain a flexible approach for the work environment and work required.
- Submit timely reports as assigned
- Help manager onsite amenities
- Administrative support for HR Admin (attendance checks, locker and key fob allocation, etc)
- Answering and making calls to charities regarding collection service, logging calls
- Assisting Ops Director with obtaining new starter paperwork for employees, including contracts, proof of ID etc
- Assisting with reviewing and updating company’s social media accounts
- Additional duties as required
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Office role, minimum 1 years’ experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of Excel and other MS products
