My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a Company based in Barrow-in-Furness. This role is a Full-time Permanent position to start ASAP and it will be working 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday) with the option of flexible hours.

Examples of typical duties will include:

- Understanding and accurately inputting data onto relevant contract systems to ensure activities and contacts are recorded and can be evidenced;
- Record keeping and other computer based administrative tasks;
- Typing agenda and minute;
- Electronic and paper filing and file maintenance;
- Producing management information as required;
- Photocopying and minute taking at meetings;
- Greeting customers and visitors;
- Providing a professional and effective telephone service;
- Tracking and following customers;
- Production and distribution of a wide range of leaflets, posters, letters, documents and reports to a high standard of accuracy, in a prompt and professional manner;
- Dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently, identifying the reason for the enquiry and referring it to other colleagues or agencies where appropriate.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Experience of providing a range of high quality administrative and clerical support activities;
- Experience of dealing with members of the public in person and on the telephone and dealing appropriately with enquiries;
- Experience of record keeping including the recording of information on databases;
- Effective organisational and time-management skills, including ability to prioritise work manage own workload and meet targets.
- Effective communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- The ability to handle multiple enquiries and prioritise work to meet required deadlines;
- An understanding of good customer service;
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
