My client has a vacancy for a hardworking Administrator to join their busy department

This is a full-time role to start ASAP

This is a permanent opportunity.

Duties involve but are not limited to:

- Data processing
- Data entry of new customers
- Amending and cancelling records
- Manual data entry of payments received
- Importing of data files into software
- Use of scanning software and hardware
- Taking calls from members of the public
- Printing and checking of correspondence of letters
- Exporting data and reports
- Are willing to learn
- Have excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Show honesty and discretion when handling confidential information
- Have a strong customer service ethic.
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to take responsibility for the work that they do
- Be computer literate, with a good knowledge of Word, Excel & are competent using Outlook
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
