Reporting to: National Control Centre

Start date: Immediate start - following satisfactory interview, background checks and DBS.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responding to on-site fire and security system activations.
- Conducting scheduled and random mobile patrols.
- Conducting lock, unlock and vacant property inspections.
- To liaise with the national control centre and providing updates and collating factual and accurate information.
- Addressing and dealing with on-site security breaches.
- Dealing, in a professional manner with the customers, contractors and members of the public.
- Working in accordance with assignment instructions, site specific procedures and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Undertake training and professional development, as necessary to be able to fulfil the role.
- Positively represent StrongGuard Security UK and our clients.

**Applicants must have / be**
- A valid SIA (Door Supervision or Security) licence.
- A valid first aid certificate.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal, written and listening.
- Able to communicate clearly and at all levels.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices and technology.
- Smart and approachable.
- A team player with a positive, solution focused approach.
- Be able to maintain professionalism, at all times.
- Enthusiastic.
- Have hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Hold business insurance on your vehicle.
