Gathering client information to investigate their concern

Talking to third parties to ascertain the right course of action

Discussing issues at team meetings

Must have excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage own timeline

Attention to detail and able to work to high customer satisfaction

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
