The Operations team are looking for a **Customer Advisor **to join the team on an 8-month fixed term contract. You will provide complaints resolution on behalf of the company in accordance with all relevant regulation, legislation, and service levels.

**The role**

**The key responsibilities you could be looking after include**:

- Identify, record, investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with all relevant procedural, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Consult with Dealers, customers, suppliers, and legal and regulatory b
- Support the Team Leader in identifying issues which adversely affect the level of service offered to customers.
- Assist various department heads in preparing corrective actions to reduce the level of complaints made by customers.
- Ensure all insurer reports are completed and sent in required time specification.
- Supply root cause analysis following complaint investigations.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good planning and organising skills including time management.
- Good attention to detail
- Effective decision-making skills

**Essential Knowledge and Experience**

Essential:

- Customer service experience 

Preferred:

- Experience in complaint handling.
