**Alumni and Supporter Engagement Officer (WMG) University of Warwick**

Full time starting salary of £33,966 per annum, with potential progression once in post to £44,263

Location: University House, Kirby Corner Road, CV4 8UW, Coventry (hybrid office and home working)

The University of Warwick is looking for a talented Alumni and Supporter Engagement Officer (WMG) to join their growing Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) department.

With specialisms including digital technologies, energy, organisation and societal transformation, materials and manufacturing, and intelligent vehicles, WMG is creating a better tomorrow through innovation and learning today. In this role, you’ll work with the Alumni and Supporter Engagement Manager (WMG) in close co-ordination with WMG colleagues.

Your experience of growing relationships on a regional, national and global scale will enable you to develop activity that marries the interests, passions and values of alumni and supporters with those of WMG and Warwick.

You’ll be required to work partly on campus (spending time within WMG and the DAE Team hot-desking space), and partly remotely in accordance with our hybrid working policies.

This role would suit dynamic and experienced volunteer, donor relations or alumni engagement professional, who are ready to shape volunteer programmes that channel the energies and passions of our vibrant global community in support of the University’s strategy.

The role will play a pivotal role within a programme that generates engagement, supports long-term relationships and motivates volunteers, so experience of purposefully-driven engagement on a global scale will be key. You will bring experience in relationship management, programme development, communications and/or events, and skills you’ve grown through roles in alumni/stakeholder engagement, business development, community partnerships, or membership organisations.

You’ll understand how to work with colleagues in our faculties and key departments to grow alumni and supporter networks, and be comfortable liaising with and influencing a range of stakeholders including senior leaders.
