**Our service delivery and resource planner is key to the success of our team...**

No day is ever the same and our Contact Centre is no different.

We’ll provide you with the full training and ongoing support to ensure you’re equipped to deal with whatever comes your way.

You will have experience of planning and scheduling multiple teams across a variety of tasks to meet service levels and performance targets.

Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable but not essential.
- Have confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems at work, ideally experience of using a Workforce Management System.
- Are resilient, easily adaptable to change and have a positive outlook within a high-volume processing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders

In this role, you’ll be supporting our front line colleagues in delivering a great experience to our customers and play a pivotal role in helping Abri go from strength to strength by ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
