Capacity Planner - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

**Salary**: circa £32,000

Would you love a job where you can directly influence the ability of Operational teams to achieve service goals by stimulating critical resource related decision making?

If you have a curiosity about data and could use this to have an impact on Aviva’s Operations front line teams and their strategy, this may be the role for you You will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple support teams to help steer decision making on future resourcing needs.

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for your own plans to determine the resource capacity needed by the organisation to meet the constantly evolving needs of the customer - working closely with business leads to ensure they are informed on requirements needed to run their operation successfully.

Some key deliverables:
- Accurate views of resource by maintaining capacity plans- Stakeholder management/collaboration with business leads- Working with change leads to validate benefits and savings- Work alongside Finance experts to influence resourcing budgets- Continuous development of Capacity plans across complex business areas

Aviva uses “smart-working”, and the person in this role will be based in England commutable to an Aviva office. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proficient in using MS Office Excel- Solid numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyse, interpret and manage information, data, and trends- Excellent communication skills and an ability to relay information to senior leaders- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to self-motivate and be able to work as part of a team

What you’ll get for this role:
