What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people to join our Third-Party Claims Department, based in our Leeds office.

What Role is Right for You?

Join our Fault Team and spend your time dealing with claims where our customer is at fault for the accident. You’ll have your own caseload that you’ll manage from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible supporting the customer and settling the third parties claim.

No motor claims experience is required.

You will spend 3 weeks in training and once your initial training is completed you will be allocated a buddy and start to build a portfolio of fault claims building your experience.

Join our Disputed Team and you’ll be on the phone to customers, third party insurers and their representatives negotiating and settling their claims, ensuring you proactively protect our customers interests. You’ll have your own caseload of motor liability claims with associated Personal Injury that you’ll manage from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use.

Existing claims experience is required for this role.

The training will be split across a year into 3 sections to help embed your development

Phase 1 Fault and Liability Training

Phase 2 (at 6 months) Personal Injury Training (OIC)

Phase 3 (at 12 months) Personal Injury Training (MOJ/CPR)

Once your initial training is completed you will be allocated a buddy and take on a liability only portfolio whilst you develop your skills and consolidate your learning.

When Do These Opportunities Start?

You will need to be available for training starting on the 12th June 2023.

You’ll work 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Hours include 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You will need to be flexible with training which will be run on a hybrid basis running from 9 - 5pm.
