Workingfor a leading Facilities provider in North Bristol as a temporary Helpdesk Operator which could potentially lead to a permanent role.
Working 37.5 hours a week and reporting into the Helpdesk Supervisor,your main responsibilities will be to operate the Helpdesk and logging calls on to the system.
Other duties will include, issue work sheets to school site teams and monitor each task through to completion as well as produce reports and support the FM team with Administration tasks
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills customer focused
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Can work in a team and be self motivated
- Ideally worked within a similar role but not essential
This is a temporary role starting immediately, start and finish times are flexible.You will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check for the role.
