Mainstay are working with a bespoke FM service provider who are looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join their Helpdesk team in Bristol. Our client is a Family run business and puts their staff at the heart of everything they do. They have strong valuesand aim to strive for high standards and invest in their staff.
**What is the role and responsibilities**:
- To manage and prioritise engineer workloads by working closely with direct and sub-contractor engineers
- Create quotes for customers
- To raise and chase sales invoices
- Support the contract team by managing some FM contracts when required
- Call out rota 1 in 10 for emergency calls
- To ensure that all quality procedures and operational processes are adhered to at all times
**What will you need**:
- Computer literate (Excel and Word) - Essential
- Experience/knowledge within the Facilities Management sector - Highly desirable
- Positive 'can do’ attitude
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and progress further within the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure whilst retaining high standards
- Flexible with working hours if/when required
