As a UX Researcher, you will contribute from an early research stage through to delivery, and you’ll make a massive impact on what we are doing.

You will champion user-centred, design thinking and data-driven change, whilst facilitating design research to help Primark achieve its business goals.

**What You’ll Do**:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

- Have an awareness of research costs and budgets.
- Put users at the centre of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and good-looking.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers to conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Analyse quantitative data from Contentsquare and Google Analytics to support research findings from qualitative usability testing.
- Analyse and create dashboards to report the findings from the web intercept survey.
- Conduct, and analyse research and make recommendations for experimentation.
- Work with the A/B testing tool to create a hypothesis based on the recommendations.

**What You’ll Bring**

- 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, UX Designer or similar role.
- Experience with the design thinking process and practical experience with UX methods.
- Experience with the full range of UX research methods, including early-stage qualitative methods.
- Proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result.
- Experience with user interviews, AB testing and experience analytics tools.
- Strong customer feedback analysis and presentation skills.
- Ability to research, conclude and resolve pain points.
