Job Description:
- User Experience Strategy: Develop intuitive user experiences for multiple platforms, integrating insights from user research and industry best practices.
- Design Communication: Create high-quality UX deliverables, including sketches, storyboards, and wireframes, to clearly communicate design decisions and align them with the product vision.
- Design Decision Making: Conduct and synthesize user research, integrating findings into design to balance user needs and business objectives.
- User Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the user experience from big-picture concepts to specific UI layouts, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- UX Leadership: Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance within the Design team and across the business.
- Design System Management: Oversee and maintain a centralized design system and asset repository ensuring design integrity, consistency, and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills for leading workshops and Design Sprints.
- Demonstrated experience in interaction and visual design, leading multiple UX design projects.
- Skilled in selecting and designing appropriate research methods to uncover user insights.
- Proficiency in design tools, including Figma and Google Analytics.
- A portfolio showcasing design impact, highlighting challenges tackled and meaningful outcomes achieved.
