At DG Legal, we are market leaders in our industry and we specialise in supporting law firms and other legal service providers with outsourced compliance services. We draft and maintain comprehensive documents, provide expert advice, and assist on a range of compliance issues. We’re also on the brink of launching two innovative tech solutions that will shape the future of our company and it’s an exciting time to join us.

**Your Role**:
As a Compliance Officer, you will:

- Draft and review client documents.
- Provide compliance advice and manage internal inboxes.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients.
- Review SRA-regulated law firm websites.
- Draft compliance articles and guidance notes
- Lead elements of internal team training.
- Perform other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Essential Credentials:

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
- Proven experience of compliance in the legal sector

Desirable Attributes:

- Ability to deliver external training on specific compliance topics.
