At DG Legal, we are market leaders in our industry and we specialise in supporting law firms and other legal service providers with outsourced compliance services. We draft and maintain comprehensive documents, provide expert advice, and assist on a range of compliance issues. We are in the process of attaining lots more clients and also on the brink of launching two innovative tech solutions that will shape the future of our company and it’s an exciting time to join us.

**Your Role**:
As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will:

- Assist office-based consultants with administrative tasks, including drafting and reviewing documents.
- Guide clients on using our online compliance software.
- Prepare client care letters for new instructions.
- Provide compliance advice and manage internal inboxes.
- Maintain our internal CRM system with accurate information.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Desirable Attributes:

- Knowledge of legal services is a plus.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Experience in compliance or quality assurance standards is advantageous.

Essential Credentials:

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
