Exciting opportunity to recruit a **_Team Admin Support_** within the Facilities team based at Monument Place

About the **role:

- **

Responsible for Contract Managing a number of low value contracts (such as water coolers, fire extinguishers, washroom services) and providing administration support to the Contract Management Team. Together you will ensure effective implementation and management of service contracts and the safe delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to the entire GTR estate. Coordinate Contract Review Meetings, taking minutes and managing actions - ensuring that they are closed out in timely manner. Interface with Facilities Managers and the Facilities Customer Service Centre as required to support Contract Management performance. Ensure key data is readily available for Contract Managers.
