**LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - 21 hours per week - Wisbech**

**Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday**

**£10.42 per hour (£11,378.64 per annum)**
- Are you an individual who can work on their own or in a team?
- Do you have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs?
- Do you have experience of supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour?
- Do you have a clean driving license? Driver preferred

You will be a flexible, compassionate individual, able to work as part of a team and/or on your own. This will include communication, personal care and delivery of sessions as agreed with the Manager. Support with teaching independent living skills along with assisting in activities will be a major part of the role. There will be the expectation to complete paperwork and attend training/meetings which maybe outside of your contracted hours.
