Exciting Opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic Primary School in Wisbech who are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real impact in the educational journey of a named child.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to a child with special educational needs, working closely with the teaching staff to ensure the child's progress and development. This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to a child with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement support plans
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency
