About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in Wisbech. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for a named child, working closely with the teacher to ensure the child's progress and well-being. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to approach all situations with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support for a named child
  • Feedback progress to the teacher

  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Communicate effectively with others
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with SEN is desirable
  • Experience or interest in working with children with Autism
  • Ability to differentiate and provide alternative learning methods
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
