**About the School**
This fantastic Primary School in Wisbech are looking to welcome an experienced Learning Support Assistant to their team this new school year. With a brilliant bunch of Senior Leadership, they will be there to support you throughout your time with the school, offering amazing training opportunities and development pathways. Ensuring you settle into the school well, there is always someone to lend an ear, and provide any guidance you require.
**Key Responsibilities**
Provide one to one support for a named child
Feedback progress to the teacher
Work as a team to create a nurturing classroom
Be patient and understanding
Approach all situations with a positive, can do attitude
**Qualifications and Skills**
Previous experience working with SEN is desirable
Have experience or interest in working with Children with Autism
Be adaptable and flexible
Communicate effectively with others
Ability to differentiate and provide alternative learning methods
