**Job description**

Rikama Education Limited are currently working with an SEN School that caters for approximately 36 students aged 10 to 16. With challenging behaviour, SEMH - Social, and in some instances ASD.

The School are looking for a Teaching Assistants due to growth in funding to work with students on a 1 to 1 or small group basis. Your exact duties will depend on previous experiences gained.

You will be working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with challenging students, supporting them both in class in with their learning and working with students with behaviour during social breaks and activities.

The school are looking for individuals who can build trust and rapport with the children.

This is a friendly and supportive school environment with an Excellent Head and SLT that is looking for Teaching Assistants long term to join their team.
