We are looking for someone looking to start their career in HR, with a keen interest in data to support our Employee Experience and wider People and Culture team with our people metrics and systems. As part of this role, you will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Data Foundations which teaches the fundamentals of data handling, analytics and best practice through tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

**_About you:_**

You are proactive when faced with challenges, have a problem solving mindset and would enjoy working in an organisation where things are continuously evolving. You will genuinely love working with data and be inquisitive about what it means in the wider organisation and our HRIS system, HiBob. You will be a great communicator, have a strong attention to detail and be tenacious in your approach.

**What you will be doing**:
**Data Administration**
- Dashboard reporting, analysing data, highlighting key areas and working with the People Business Partners and the People & Culture Director to display findings.
- Deal with requests for information and support the business to self-serve in creating ad hoc reports as required.
- Produce yearly gender pay gap information.
- Accurately produce all required people data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed timeframes. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics/dashboards for leadership meetings

**HRIS Administration**
- Be a ‘super user’ for the people system, and the day to day point of contact for colleagues, the people team to support general system administration.
- Work to ensure the system remains fit for purpose, developing and maintaining functionality through flows & task lists.
- Supporting, maintaining & training people on new module rollouts
- Look at opportunities for system enhancements using automation to improve processes and work closely with line managers and other key People system users to develop their knowledge and use of the system.
- Carry out regular accuracy and validity checks on data inputting practices, to ensure accuracy.
