Fixed term for 24 months - Full time - 37 hours per week

Are you a Graduate looking to begin an exciting career path in Adult Social Care - Commissioning As our Apprentice, you'll assist the Commissioning Team in Adult Social Care under the guidance of a Commissioning Officer or Manager. You'll have the chance to engage in a wide array of tasks to aid in commissioning.

**About the role**
Tasks may entail assisting in the management of contracts for our Adult Social Care services (like home care, care homes, and supported living), ensuring service providers maintain high standards; collecting and analysing performance data; organizing meetings, documenting proceedings, and updating contract records to inform decision-making; and participating in planning and establishing new services by assisting the team in hosting stakeholder workshops with providers and service recipients.
