_We are currently partnering with a leading private sector organisation who are searching for a HR Operations Team Lead on a 12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)._

The Role

In the role of Team Lead, HR Operations you will work as part of our clients People Essentials team to lead on delivering an excellent operational service to our people globally with a specific focus the UK and Austrian offices (potentially supporting theUS office too). This role will suit a self-starter who would enjoy taking what has already been created, and further enhancing it. We're looking for someone who would thrive on building a fully customised experience which is scalable, whilst remembering thateach of the people it touches is an individual.
- Please note, this is a temporary position to provide maternity cover support as part of the People Essentials team, starting as soon as possible. Regular travel to the Oxford office is required, and there will be some flexibility to work from home._

As the Team Lead in HR Operations, you will have the opportunity to:

- Build and continue to develop HR processes and procedures to support the entire employee lifecycle. This includes being hands-on with our processes to begin with.
- Work closely with other members of the global People team to collaborate on global projects, as well as ensuring consistency of operational processes whilst remaining compliant with local law.
- Support the People Essentials team and help to up-skill existing capabilities.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees, promoting HR policies when needed.
- Own and maintain employee data which includes management of the HRIS, automating processes where possible.
- Lead on our global payrolls and provide benefits administration including annual renewal.
- Manage all UK immigration working closely with external immigration lawyers, and be the relationship owner for our Employers of Record (EOR).
- Provide an escalation point for ER issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in HR Ops and Compliance in a tech, life science business, or high growth organisation is ideal. However, we are open to anyone with a strong track record of People Operations.
- Previous experience of managing a high performing global HR team.
- Experience working with an HRIS such as HiBob.
- Real passion for the employee experience, with a curious approach and a desire to develop and try new ideas.
- An efficiency and effectiveness mindset.
- Enjoyment of administration is a big advantage.
