**Role**

Our HR team provides the company with comprehensive people management service covering all aspects of HR as well as playing a key part of the wider business support team. The role will include:

- Helping with the recruitment process for all roles, including using LinkedIn Recruiter to directly source talent and reduce agency spend
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees to raise any HR queries
- Collating and inputting amendments for payroll
- Administration and maintenance of the benefit platforms and HR system
- Issuing HR documents and letters
- Helping with employee engagement initiatives and supporting the implementation of our Awareness, Engagement, Enthusiasm Retention Strategy
- Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including references, and working with the wider HR team to conduct HR inductions
- General HR Administration and HR project work alongside the HR Manager and Head of HR
- Involvement in the offboarding process
- Inputting on policy improvement across the business
- Assisting with the delivery of training using LinkedIn Learning
- Working with the HR Administrator in Mumbai
- Ad hoc office management duties

**About our Team**

This is an opportunity to join the HR team reporting to, and being mentored by, the Head of HR and HR Manager. We have locations in London, Guildford, Bristol and Edinburgh. This role can be based in either London or Guildford. We operate on a hybrid working model - 2 /3 days office based; 2 / 3 days working from home.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Likely a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR
- Experience gained in a commercially focussed consultancy or similar; ideally familiar with private equity backed business
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Learning would be an advantage
- Experience in payroll would be an advantage
- Confident in being a point of contact for all levels in the business
- Planning and organising; eye for detail; able to explain policies and procedures in a friendly, empathetic way
- Subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, identity and right to work._
