Office Administrator

We seek a positive and committed administration assistant with the enthusiasm and ability to bring brilliant administrative support to the team. This role is available to start immediately and would suit a capable team player with an administrative background and a strong level of attention to detail. The successful applicant will have experience working in an office environment and some experience in administration or customer service; ideally, working with new and existing customers, on quotations, processing orders and general customer assistance. You will be able to hit the ground running whilst working alongside and still learning from a fantastic team to provide the highest administrative standards for our company.

**Overview**: This role will be office based, suit a competent administrator, working within an experienced team.

- Have a natural affinity for, or experience of, Windows-based office and accounting software.
- Have good communication, mathematical and writing skills.
- Be capable of maintaining an understanding and professional relationship with our customers
**Qualifications**:Good GCSE level plus relevant college/apprenticeship. Ability to work on own initiative and provide interdepartmental support. Experience or demonstrable skills in some core areas preferable but not essential - e.g. Windows-based software and previous experience of accounting based software.
