We currently have a vacancy as a Receptionist Telecommunications working at the Front of House reception in the Nottingham Treatment Centre

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated staff member who would like the opportunity to work in a fast paced positive developing environment.

The applicant should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner and excellent customer care skills. The post holder should also be able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team, use your own initiative, maintaining accuracy with both verbal and written communication.

The applicant must be able to also fulfil the duties of delivery thin files and Notes to all Outpatient area's at Treatment Centre, QMC and Leengate

The role entails managing reception, welcoming patients and ensuring that all relevant administrative tasks are completed to provide the expected high standard of care for children and their families in hospital.

- To be educated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or equivalent Standard including English and Maths
- Experience of Microsoft packages

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
