Customer Service Account Executive

**The opportunity**:To ensure that all finished goods stock are ready and available to be despatched in line with customer’s orders and requirements whilst adhering to the Service Level Agreements, (SLA).

**How you will impact WestRock**:

- Translation of customer forecasts and orders into accurate production work instructions
- Responsible for raising, processing, and managing customer’s orders.
- Undertake vendor and forecast analysis
- Maintain and understand internal and external customers Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Investigate and resolve invoice, credit and customer complaints/queries
- Responsible for the smooth and effective organisation of all administration procedures for the business
- Use web-based and manual management information system to support all aspects of the customer service function
- Ensure customer terms are adhered to and aged stocks are controlled and invoiced accordingly
- Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor and maintain raw materials and finished goods to Service Level Agreements parameters
- Liaise with the Far East on relevant product lines being developed, ordered and shipped in line with customer demand
- Critical path management to ensure orders are met and timelines adhered to
- Manage department’s Key Performance Indicators to meet agreed targets
- Investigate and manage corrective actions which arise from feedback
- Identify and highlight opportunities to increase margins/profitability and efficiencies
- Highlight opportunities for cost effective production batching
- Provide accurate and timely work instructions to production
- Develop and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
- Provide support Business Development/Sales function
- Attend customer briefings/meetings/reviews

**What you need to succeed**:
**- **Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Customer Service environment
- Experience of managing and developing relationships with multiple customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills and disciplined approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced & high-volume manufacturing environment
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis
- Ability to prioritise workload, use own initiative, work within a team as well as work on your own.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programmes
