Account Manager in Automotive Sales Needed

Location: Arbroath

Salary: £20k Basic with OTE £40k+ Uncapped Earning Potential
Hours: 5-Day Working Week

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

- Transform inquiries from phone, digital, and in-person visitors into loyal customers by fostering enduring relationships.

- Utilize systems and databases to verify vehicle availability that aligns with customer preferences, comprehending their needs during the vehicle selection process.

- Collaborate with the dealership's Product Specialist to provide customers with comprehensive information regarding their prospective vehicle, including organizing and participating in an exceptional test drive.

- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation to finalize their vehicle purchase, suggesting additional packages that may be of interest.

- Maintain communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders.

- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of vehicles, ensuring a remarkable handover experience that leaves customers excited and well-informed.

- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets set within your dealership.
