About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert telephone, digital, and showroom visitors to Park's customers by building lasting relationships and providing personalized service.
- Utilize systems and databases to identify and match customer needs with available vehicles, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Liaise with Product Geniuses to provide customers with detailed information on vehicles, including arranging and participating in test drive experiences.
- Assist customers in completing relevant paperwork to finalize the sale of their new vehicle, offering additional packages and services that meet their needs.
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed of their order progress and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of vehicles and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers, ensuring they drive away in their new car excited and well-informed.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
- Be a confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills.
- Be self-driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Be able to build natural and lasting relationships with customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Have a Full Driver's License and be able to travel to various locations as required.
