**Role Outline**
- Have the gravitas and senior experience to work with new and existing client, partner and supplier organisations.
- Maintain our portfolio of third-party partner relationships, with particular emphasis on commercial arrangements and revenue sharing plans, planning and forecasting, monitoring and reporting, in order to maximise and protect commercial revenues.
- Manage the commercial aspects of transactions, including estimating, pricing and expected profitability.
- Help to sell both NetSuite and third-party complementary projects, working closely with the Partners and commercial team. Has experience supporting Pre-sales and business development.
- Work with the leadership on strategic planning, practice development and management, and defining the capabilities required to deliver future strategy, including the development of our third-party partner strategy.
- Ability to mentor and develop colleagues from all teams at all levels.

**Essential**
- At least five years direct experience working within the NetSuite partner ecosystem, including having personally worked alongside technical and commercial teams. Wider experience (beyond ERP) is also useful.
- Experience of managing third party teams, vendor and partner relationships.
- Recognised accounting qualification such as CIMA, ATT, ACA, ACCA.
- A solid understanding of the NetSuite product, its capabilities and features.
- Demonstrable and excellent client and stakeholder skills.
- Strong understanding of core finance and business processes from a systems and business point of view - e.g. procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, multi-company consolidation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues.
- Strong personal organisation and time management skills.
- A passion for delivering real business value through technology.
- A high level of personal professionalism and attention to detail in work outputs.

**Preferred**
- Good understanding of business change and how to deliver successful change to clients through technology.
