**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

The main purpose of the role is to accurately carry out conveyance and debt searches

for clients in the financial and legal services sectors. This is a varied role with multiple

tasks covering a broad range of legal searching and administration duties that offers

employees a challenging and stimulating work environment as well as an in depth

knowledge of the conveyancing market, and aspects of the legal and financial search

demonstrated ability to multi task.

**Core duties & responsibilities;**
- Carry out legal searches of supplier databases and records both manually and online
- Obtain copy documents from relevant suppliers
- Provide the highest standard of customer care and service in relation to query resolution
- Communicate & liaise verbally and in writing between clients, suppliers, relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly to requests either over the phone or in person, and to verbal and written instructions
- Assist with Quality Control process to minimise errors and ensure error rates do not exceed KPI standards
- Compliance with all company Health & Safety requirements and procedures
- Undertake other tasks with competence and within reason in order to meet the demands of the business
- Administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to printing and scanning documents

Administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
- A high level of computer literacy - Microsoft Office essential
- High level of attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise workload
- Collaborative and comfortable helping out in other areas of the business when needed
- Enjoys learning and development - learning new tasks/skills
