We are looking for a highly driven, goal orientated individual to work in a fast-paced environment that is offering an uncapped commission structure.
This is the place to work if you back yourself and your abilities, and are looking for a company that will support you through extensive training and support to achieve your career goals.
You will be working on behalf of a leading organisation offering financial solutions to those who are vulnerable and struggling with finances; it’s a business you can be proud of and they genuinely are a great company to work for with an excellent reputation.
Your days will be varied but fun, you will work alongside like-minded ambitious individuals which really drives a culture of working hard and seeing the rewards through monthly incentives and commission schemes. Its realistic for you to be earning an OTE of £45,000 a year, all you need to do is be committed to the business and the role.
With a basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on sales experience and a realistic OTE of £45,000 there is real earning potential available. Not only will you receive a fantastic salary you will also be working in a fun dynamic office, where the mangers will be taking you under their wing and showing you exciting ways to progress further within the business.
This role is Monday to Friday and includes some additional benefits such as:
