**Job Summary**
As Sales Executive within our Go to Market team you will be tasked with selling our products (Mstore and Imagine) into the UK visitor attractions market to help us achieve our margin targets. As well as working on qualified opportunities passed to you byMarketing and Sales Development Representatives you will be expected to generate your own leads and opportunities through outbound activities. As a team player you will be expected to contribute to overall team performance by collaborating with other teammembers and other parts of K3.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver revenue and margin against your monthly and annual targets.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle:
- Conduct client meetings (on and offsite) & regular client communication
- Identifying and engaging key players
- Engaging K3 resources required for bids
- Presentations
- Creating high quality, accurate quotations & proposals via K3 internal system
- Negotiating terms
- Contracting
- Continual qualification.
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and opportunities, collaborating with Sales Development and Marketing to ensure effective handover.
- Effectively hand over new customers within K3 and to various internal teams including project deployment teams, finance and customer success teams.
- Generate own leads as well as work on leads generated by Marketing.
- Quickly learn the product (K3 Mstore and Imagine) effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- Keep updated with K3 product updates and news as well as industry news.
- Assist with on boarding and coaching more junior members of the team if needed.
**Key Skills and Experience**:
- Successful experience of software sales preferably in the visitor attractions, leisure, or retail industries.
- Experience in progressing through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Exceptional communication skills in business fluent English, both oral and written.
- Excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone and video presence.
- Ability to uncover and understand a prospect’s needs and articulate how K3 products can meet them.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful department.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
