Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective prospecting strategies, working closely with our sales team to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales principles, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with CRM software and sales tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship-building activities.
- Qualify prospects and assess their suitability for our products or services.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and results using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
