We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator that would be reporting into the Commercial Manager and working alongside a small, friendly team, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial departments including Buying, Merchandising & Catering - whilst also working closely with our Peoples Operations Manager on shop floor specific actions.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Buying & Supply Chain Co-Ordinators with the loading/updating of new product onto Opsuite and raising purchase orders.
- Expediting orders with suppliers and updating the delivery logs
- Highlighting any issues to the buyer and Senior Merchandiser.
- Assisting with weekly internal and external reports.
- Responsible for the re-ordering of the everyday greeting cards, stationery, and spinner ranges.
- Working with the buying and marketing department to obtain product detail and images for online use.
- Assisting with the compiling of data for Tillington reports.
- Supporting the Warehouse team with accurate “Goods Receiving” at peak times.
- Assisting with stock takes.
- Routine stock accuracy checks.
- Reconciliation of Restaurant monthly consolidated invoices.
- Set up and maintenance of Restaurant Menu’s on EPOS including till screens.
- Adhoc tasks to meet the business needs.

Role / Person Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths
- Excellent communications skills, written & verbal as a large part of this role is liaising with Buyers/Selectors, Suppliers, Shop Floor and other Head Office Departments.
- Self-Motivation, proactiveness and determination.
- Highly organised with the exemplary attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
