Our GXO site at Amber Park are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team. Supporting the warehouse team, you will need excellent communication skills to ensure that our clients’ requirements are met in a timely manner. You will be completing data entry tasks as well as handling relevant documentation and will be working to meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering outputs in an accurate, efficient and timely manner with the support of your line manager and team.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £13,650 and in addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Accurately print, scan and sort appropriate documentation and save to specific locations.
- Competently operate within a Warehouse Management System.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage your workload.
- Be open to becoming multi-skilled and flexible to working demands.
- A proactive and helpful attitude.

**Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to**:

- To competently operate within a Warehouse Management System
- Be comfortable with data entry tasks
- To scan and save documentation into specific folders
- To accurately print and sort all appropriate documentation
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager
- To be an excellent communicator with both colleagues and customers
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage their own workload
- Ability to operate to a high standard when working alone
- To be able work independently and within a team
- To be open to become multi-skilled and flexible to working demands
- To have a proactive & helpful attitude
- Be reliable and hard-working
- Be positive and friendly

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: £13,650.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derbyshire, DE55 2DT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
